Reviews
Piece is acceptable in a hotel standard. Nice place and very airy as I set by the floor to ceiling high windows seat. The bread is really good. Steak is just ok and porting is normal size. Very convenient location inside grand hyatt hotel which is adjacent to the convention center where no good steak house or western restaurant inside the hkcec.
If you're hungry and looking for good quality food, this is place to come. There's variety of western & chinese dishes to choose from.
It's famous for Hainan Chicken, so that is a must try.
One the more pricey buffets in HK, but it's worth it.
Probably the best buffet in town, food quality is standing out from their competitors. Price is reasonable. You will be surprised by their attention to details even in some dishes which may not be the popular one in buffet, namely tempura. Tempura is definitely not a highlight in a buffet but the tempura served here is no difference from the one u order in a nice Japanese restaurant.
Check labels. After eating one of their buffet items which had a label marked 'gluten/wheat-free', I had to double check with the staff who then informed me it was mislabelled and the item was NOT gluten-free (made purely from wheat). Please train the staff and kitchen. Luckily I'm not coeliac, and the staff offered no compensation whatsoever, other than their business card. Expected better from Hyatt and it could have been much worse. Everything else was fine though.
Didn’t expect FUN fun fun on top of good food and service! 🤩
We had family buffet dinner on Easter Sunday, kids were given hammers to tap and crack a gigantic chocolate egg! 😆
Staff being so nice and professional... they were gentle and patient with kids! I am sure the little ones have a happy memory that lasts a long time! ❤️
Food: for me, there were a lot of vegetarian options 🌱, fresh and scrumptious; for real all-they-can-eat customers, I heard they were very happy about Hainan chicken and rice, and also foie gras on toasts.
The restaurant is famous for the Chicken Rice. Although it’s very expensive compare with any other restaurant in town, but this is the only place that you can enjoy excellent creamy chicken and intense taste of chicken rice. Highly recommended!
One of my fav buffet in HK! The price is very reasonable for a buffet, with many choices of seafood. Live lobster bar, different kinds of fish that are made to grill, lots of hot dishes and a wide variety of desserts! Highly recommended!
Came for the ala carte dinner menu but switched to buffet at the last minute as the selection looked good. Great choice as the buffet items were mostly delicious. Currently they are showcasing all the signature dishes of the restaurants in the hotel and there are loads to choose from. Personal favorites include beef soup udon, hainanese chicken rice, crab cake (made on the spot), cold seafood selection and desserts. Remember to wear elastic pants when you come! 😋
